The Sarasota German Car Club is all about getting together for various car events

like car shows, go kart racing, tech talk events, cruises, drag racing, dinners and more.

Mazzaros Run - Cruise to St. Pete August 19th 2026

We will depart from UTC Target Parking lot at 11:30am

This event has always been a hit with our members. We cruise up to one of the best Italian Markets in St.Pete. We have lunch and catch up with friends. Many stay longer to shop for imported items or cheese or wine. They have great desserts as well. We will depart from UTC Target Parking lot at 11:30am and cruise up to Mazzaros in St. Pete. It is a easy straight shot up 75 and off an exit. The food is delicious and the subs are huge for how little they charge. They have cold salads as well as hot dishes. This is a fun event for spouses to join. TYPE YES IF YOU WILL BE JOINING US.

Milkshake Motor Madness Car Show with Exhaust Competition.

We host an extremly popular event for all makes and models at the local Sarasota PDQ. We are having a Best Sounding Exhaust Competition this year. Live DJ, Free to display and spectate. This event is family friendly with a chill vibe. Awards are sponsored by Fantastic Customs. Award catagories range from best Domestic, Best Exotic, Best European, Best in Show and Best Sounding Exhaust. We look forward to seing many of you again. Drag Strip Night- Nov 7th 6pm to 11pm

Join us for a friendly night of drag racing at Bradenton Motorsports park. RSVP to Ryksupport@comcast.net and let us know if you are going to attend and what car you are bringing. All racers must wear pants and closed toe shoes. If your car is running faster than 13.9 seconds you must have a helmet or rent one from the track.

Mercato Festiville of Speed Car Show Dec 6th 2026 11am-3pm.

We will drive down together to attend this exquisite motorsports display showcases the world’s most exotic cars, motorcycles & luxury brands placed for display at the Mercato in beautiful Naples, FL. Featured will be both vintage and contemporary vehicles of all makes and models. Automotive designs by Lamborghini, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, Mercedes, and McLaren will all be onsite.

We will enjoy a wide variety of culinary offerings from local restaurants, fine wines & spirits, awards presentations, smooth jazz, and much more. The unique setting of the Mercato allows for wines and cocktails purchased from the restaurants and bars to be enjoyed by attendees while strolling the entire display.
